Common questions before the quiz
Is this really free?
Yes. The quiz, the written assessment, and the first call are all free. The goal is to figure out whether a project makes sense before either of us commits to anything more.
What if I'm not ready yet?
That’s a perfectly fine answer, and a common one. The quiz might tell you “not yet,” and that saves both of us time. You’ll still leave with a clearer sense of what to think about between now and when the timing is right.
How long is the follow-up call?
Around twenty to thirty minutes. It’s a working conversation about your business and your website, not a pitch.
Why isn't the price listed on your website?
Because pricing without context is almost always wrong. Two sites that look similar from the outside can have very different scopes underneath. The quiz captures enough to give you a real range, not a guess.
Do you work with my industry?
FWD tends to work best with professional services, B2B and specialty manufacturers, and healthcare or wellness practices. New ventures and small businesses outside those categories are welcome too. The quiz will help us figure out whether it’s a clean fit.
What if I change my mind after we talk?
You walk away. No contract is signed until both sides feel good about the project. Until then, it’s just a conversation.
Will you pressure me to decide quickly?
No. FWD isn’t built on volume. A small number of well-fit projects beats a large number of mismatched ones.
